Just launched my graphic novel. Pages will update every other week, exchanging weeks with my other graphic novel that is yet to be released.

Here's a FAQ... they're not frequently asked, but, they'll answer any questions you might have.

Q. What is the genre of the story?
A. The genre is 'realistic fantasy adventure'- it's not a whimsical or the least bit playful of a fantasy- it depicts a very realistic world with very realistic characters. There WILL be odd beasts and monsters, though, but everything about the story is in realistic flavor.

Q. What is the story going to be about?
A. I'll try not to give too much away, but here it goes: the story is about a cursed world under the authority of an evil man named Zairen. All those born into the cursed world are given an evil power which allows their transformation into a beast. In order to cure the terrible curse, a powerful, wise, and loving king named Olgrich created Medallions to be the only remedy. All Olgrich's followers are blessed with medallions, but in turn are hunted by Zairen, for he fears them and their powers. In the darkest age of the world, one man is called by the king to answer the threat of Zairen by taking up the great task of training an immortal boy to broaden Olgrich's leadership into the deep places of the world.

Q. What will the story be rated?
A. PG-13 for violence and blood, use of alcohol, some scary scenes, and a realistic representation of evil. There is no sex, nudity, cursing, and scantily-clad females (if that makes you groan, then, just don't read this and go and find some trashy crap to read instead). There is, however, romance, but it is kept in good tastes.

Q. How long have you developed the plot and characters?
A. The story has undergone around 4 years of pre-development and I'm now trying to draw everything. I'm having a lot of trouble trying to capture the story effectively on paper and Photoshop, but, I hope I can pull it off.

Q. What in the world is "Ailevian?!"
A. Its the name of the planet the story takes place on, pronounced "ALE-vee-ahn", like 'ale' as the beer, 'vee' as in the letter V, and the 'ahn' is relative to the location, characters from the southern parts of the world pronounce it as 'ahn' as in 'on' and characters from the north pronounce it 'ahn' as in 'an'.

Q. What's up with the dude's face?
A. The character wears a mask as well as a medallion over his eye. The medallion has magical properties which replaces the lost vision of his right eye, should he have faith in its powers.

Feel free to ask more questions, criticize my art, and comment on the story in general. I need to know if you guys like the story/art or hate it and I need to know the details- this will get bigger, but I'm looking to getting an audience before I try to do big things with this.
